We're currently booking our Fall Session of Mom & Baby Yoga, for moms over 8 weeks postpartum, with non-crawling babies.
Wednesdays, Sept. 25-Nov. 27. 9:30-10:15am.
Conveniently located.
Classes are at Skyhawk Yoga in Binbrook, Ontario (3038 Binbrook Rd.) The studio is the blue building behind the blue house.

Tamara Skyhawk
Tamara is the owner of Skyhawk Yoga and has over 20 years’ experience teaching many forms of yoga, including Mom & Baby and Prenatal Yoga.
She's also a Mom of two amazing boys, who she enjoyed practicing Mom & Baby Yoga with, years ago.
