Why I created it

Soon after the successful launch of my first book, Yoga Nidra Scripts, I started to receive requests for another book of Yoga Nidra scripts. And frankly, I wanted more scripts for my own teaching practice as well.

So here we are – an abundance of new scripts, to use for the never-ending abundance of human feelings, situations and needs.

Excerpt (from the Permission to Rest Yoga Nidra script)

You’ve done so much, you do so much. This is your chance to rest. Simply rest.
This chance for restoration.
Doing nothing. Resting. And gaining everything – peace, comfort, renewed
energy, creativity, strength.
It all comes through rest.
Resting now, just as you like. (pause)
Even the mind can rest now.
In its place, there is effortless awareness. (pause)
Feel all experience becoming more and more effortless.
Tranquil and effortless. (pause)
