Why I created it
As a ‘70s/’80s child, most of my time was spent having fun outdoors. I feel like that’s being lost with my kids’ generation. I wanted to write a book to bring back the reverence for the beauty of our planet, and issue in a renewed appreciation for the endless, thrilling, precious opportunities to play that it offers us. All in fun, kid-friendly language, of course!
